Agreement and the service

By creating an account, making a booking, or using KalizHomeCare, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

KalizHomeCare lets customers browse home-care services and professional profiles, request an appointment, and pay through a Stripe-hosted checkout page when payment is offered. A booking can be assigned to the professional you choose or, if you do not select one, to an eligible professional based on the requested service, service area, availability, and rating.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account and booking information, protect your login credentials, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that the service address and access instructions are accurate.

Do not use the platform to harass, threaten, discriminate against, or endanger anyone; submit false information; interfere with the service; or attempt to access another person's account or booking information.

Bookings, pricing, and payment

Before a booking is created, the app displays the service price and currency. The server sets the booking price from the selected service; customers cannot change it in the booking request. A booking request is initially pending and may later be confirmed, completed, or cancelled.

When checkout is available, payment is handled by Stripe. Your payment is also subject to Stripe's terms and policies. We do not store your payment-card number in this application.

A pending booking or a successful payment does not guarantee that a particular professional, appointment, or service will be available if a conflict, eligibility issue, or other operational issue prevents fulfillment. We will communicate any resulting booking change through the service where reasonably possible.

Cancellations and refunds

Customers may cancel a booking through KalizHomeCare until the booking has been completed or already cancelled. The application records the cancellation time and makes that time available in the booking record.

The current application does not automatically issue refunds when a booking is cancelled. Any refund, credit, or cancellation charge must be confirmed by KalizHomeCare for the specific booking. Do not assume a cancellation creates an automatic refund.

Care and safety

Home-care services can involve access to a residence and, for some services, interaction with family members. You are responsible for providing a safe, lawful environment and for communicating material service needs in your booking notes.

KalizHomeCare is not an emergency, medical, mental-health, or childcare emergency service. Do not use the platform for urgent medical needs, emergencies, or situations requiring licensed medical care. Call local emergency services when immediate help is needed.

Unless KalizHomeCare expressly says otherwise in writing, profile information and reviews are provided for booking decisions and are not a guarantee of a professional's qualifications, availability, licensing, insurance, or results.

Availability, changes, and liability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, services, prices, or these terms as permitted by law. We will post an updated version of these terms with a new effective date when we make changes.

To the extent permitted by law, KalizHomeCare provides the platform as available and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular service outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
